Querencia is a Spanish word meaning the place where one feels most grounded, strong, and oneself. That idea guides everything we do. Querencia was born from years spent inside systems, learning how they function, where they fail, and how deeply they affect the people within them. My work across the nonprofit and public-interest sector, including workforce development, equity-driven initiatives, and teaching, has shown me that meaningful change does not come from louder strategies, but from more thoughtful ones. From listening before designing. From centring people, not process alone. ,
Querencia is my way of practicing that belief. This work is for organizations trying to do the right thing while navigating complexity, accountability, and real-world constraints. It is also for individuals seeking clarity in their work and leadership. I believe in work that is grounded. In decisions made with care. In progress that feels aligned, not extractive. With experience across the non profit and public-interest sector, Tanvi brings a deep understanding of how policies, programs, and cultures shape real lives. Alongside her consulting work, Tanvi is a trained coach with expertise in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Her coaching approach is grounded and integrative, supporting clarity, confidence, and sustainable change at both personal and organizational levels. Tanvi’s work is defined by care, precision, and a commitment to equity in practice.
